The Concordia is one of the oldest and the most traditional restaurants in Udine placed at 1° Maggio Square, at the foot of the Castle hill, the symbol of the Friuli town.
Two feets away from the Historical Centre, Concordia is the ideal place to spent a serene, calm and enjoyable evening in good company.
Its History dates back to the XVI century, when Concordia with its adjacent barn, was a simple meeting point for all people twho came to town for their businesses and trade affairs, and resting in the Inn with a good glass of local wine and playing with cards with their friends.
Even today, every person that goes to the Concordia, can relive through its rooms, the atmosphere of a distant time.
The atmosphere when you enter in the Concordia is unique in its kind, typcal of a warm and elegant place which kept the past internal architecture structure and with some improvement of a refined and soft style.
To meet all the needs of our customers, the Concordia offers many solutions where you can eat a good meal: there are the inner rooms for those wishing to enjoy their dinner in a more private setting, the veranda and the courtyard garden for those who prefer to taste our dishes admist green spaces.
Even if, our cuisine favors fish dishes, to meet multiple taste of our customers, we offer a very varied menu, from the preparation of pizza, which are reminiscent of the Neapolitan culture, the preparation of meat dishes, without leaving aside vegetarian meal and finally we delight our customers with our desserts.
Our philosophy is based on a selective choice of the raw materials for the preparation of the dishes, the perfect quality-price equilibrium and a fast and efficient service.
The selection of our wine reflects in particluar the tradition of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, of course without forgetting other national products, allowing the customers to live unique experiences where the Friulian wine fits perfectly with the Neapolitan cuisine.
